SALES AND USE TAX POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if IEW Solutions LLC do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. IEW SOLUTIONS LLC COLLECTS SALES TAX only on our tangible hardware products, in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), which is Florida. We also collect sales tax in states that have adopted the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA), including Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
IEW SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because ifelseWare,Inc. is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — VAT, GST & EXPORT TAXES
We ship hardware and sell software licenses to customers around the world, and we want to be upfront about how taxes and duties work for international orders.
Prices shown on our site are exclusive of any local taxes. The price you see at checkout reflects our charges only — it does not include VAT, GST, customs duties, or any other import taxes that may apply in your country.
Physical hardware orders: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected or remitted by us at the time of purchase. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you’re unsure what to expect.
Software licenses and digital products: Digital products may be subject to VAT or GST in your jurisdiction. Depending on your country’s rules, you may be required to self-assess and remit any applicable tax. If your purchase is for a registered business, you may be able to claim an input tax credit — consult your tax advisor.
Export compliance: All hardware orders are shipped from the United States and are subject to U.S. export regulations. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. trade sanctions and that the products will not be used in violation of any applicable export laws.

REFUND POLICY
Software products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, fully-functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide an unlimited free trial period to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision.
Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software is fully-functional during the trial period. None of our software requires registration to enable its primary functionality.
If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared you will receive an email with the purchase code to activate the software. Once this information is emailed to you, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.
During your trial period, our support staff are available to assist in installation and configuration via email ticket or telephone. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test the trial version of any product prior to making a purchase.
In rare instances, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund minus our order processing and banking fees (up to 25% of the purchase price). In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.). If we are able to positively identify your order, and if your request is made within 30 days of purchase, you must submit to us a letter of destruction of software on your company letterhead before we will process the refund.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

our order will be processed immediately if you choose to pay by credit card, whereas if you choose the “Purchase order” method of payment, your order will be processed after we receive payment from you. Delivery and packaging fees for any of our advertised accessory’s are already included in the price.
IEW Solutions LLC relies upon the services of third party couriers for shipping, and whilst we endeavor to ‘keep to our word’ there may unfortunately be a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don’t hesitate to give us a call. Our contact details are found here. We will contact the courier and call you back to let you know what’s happening. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
BACKORDER
If you order on-line or by phone or email, you will be notified at the time your order is confirmed if an item is on back-order. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the product is available, and we will always inform you of the expected delivery date.
